We’re going to spend time with you on the front end, poking, prodding, and asking all relevant questions about the role you’re trying to fill. Our goal is to leave our initial intake call with all the intel we need to find great candidates and get them excited.

Step 2: Scout

Wallaby will then scour several active and passive talent streams to find candidates with the right ability and compensation expectations, quickly, always operating with discretion to protect your brand and your current workforce.

Step 3: Evaluate

We’ll never just send you a résumé and consider our job done. We’re going to run the rule over candidates ourselves, using the information gathered in the intake call to make sure that we only send over the right fit for your team’s needs.

Step 4: Present

When you receive a candidate from Wallaby, you’re getting a complete picture: skill-set, compensation expectations, experience, weaknesses, and recommendations for the next interview. We work tirelessly to uncover people’s true motivations.

Step 5: Deliver

We’re there to pick up the slack wherever needed - from salary negotiations, to making reference calls, to sorting out start dates and making sure they know where to park, Wallaby can take as much off of your plate as you’d like.

Straightforward Terms

  1. Our fee is a % of first-year salary:
    pay less than the industry standard.

  2. We operate on a contingency basis:
    only pay if you make a hire.

  3. No exclusivity when working with us:
    we bet on ourselves.

  • Got an existing relationship with someone else? That’s fine! We don’t require any exclusivity to work with us.

  • Sometimes you’re looking to replace a current employee - we get it. We’ll operate in the shadows to protect your brand and your current workforce.

  • We can be as secretarial as you’d like us to be (handling all the calendar invites, interview follow-ups, and negotiations). We can also plug the candidate straight into your ATS and let you take it from there.

  • Payment is due 30 days after the new hire’s start date, and we’ll send you the simplest invoice you’ll ever see (no expenses or line items for how we do our thing).

  • If the new hire leaves or you let them go with cause, within 90 days, we'll source new candidates for you (free of charge).

  • Our contract includes a non-solicitation clause, preventing us from going after your employees for other opportunities for the length of our agreement.
