We’re former hiring managers + internal recruiters, and

we’re on a mission

to exceed your expectations.

After hiring 150+ people across 15+ companies…

…we realized we might just have the secret sauce for finding and attracting top talent.

That’s why we started Wallaby.

Meet the Team

Will Dillard
Principal

Will's introduction to the world of recruiting was through working as an Account Executive on the US Marine Corps Recruiting Command advertising account at Wunderman Thompson. He then shifted to heading up internal recruiting departments at both a Fortune 500 company and a mid-stage startup. After multiple bad experiences working with third-party recruiters, he decided to try to find a better way, and started Wallaby in 2020.

Will lives in Atlanta with his partner, Kristin, and their three rescue dogs. He is below-average at tennis, but above-average at darts.

Carey Tucker
Director of Recruiting

Carey brings to the table 7+ years of digital experience, in both agency and in-house settings. At SUPPLY.com, in addition to leading the marketing team, Carey was tasked with building the e-commerce startup’s internal recruiting infrastructure before its eventual acquisition by Ferguson Enterprises. He then joined Three Five Two as a Growth Marketing Strategist, where he learned the finer points of audience targeting, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies.

Based out of sunny, beautiful Miami Beach, Florida, Carey enjoys a well-curated Spotify playlist and attempting to shave a few strokes off his golf game.
